After working as an architect for several years in his native country of Columbia, Oscar moved to east Alabama, where he contributed for ten years to numerous Historic Renovations, Commercial, Institutional and Educational Buildings, and Residential projects in all phases from conceptual design and programming, through construction documents and contract administration.
Once he became established in Birmingham, he became a Licensed Architect in the States of Georgia and Alabama in 2011 and 2012 respectively.
For the past two years, Oscar has focused his professional work towards Construction Administration, providing services for large scale projects including a High School and a multi-million dollar LEED certified hotel. He possesses a heightened sense of attentiveness to detail that is crucial in the field of architecture and has a unique ability to detect potentially problematic construction issues early in the design process.
